The version for humans

  1. Buy our neons and we'll send them over, all good but no refunds.
  2. Hire our neons and we'll make an arrangement with you and send them over. Please don't break them, but if you do, just tell us. Shit happens.
  3. Design a custom one with us and we'll get it made up and send it over. Nice! No refunds though, we can't be waiting for another Sam + Charlie to want to buy a neon.

Full Terms & Conditions

By entering into a business agreement with Glowfi (the seller) you (the buyer) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale. From here on ‘you’ refers to the customer / buyer and ‘us’/’we’/'our' / the seller refers to us.

Quotes and design

If we have worked with you on a design, we will provide a quote that is valid for 30 days from date of quote. Further amendments to the design may incur a cost rise, which will be reflected in a new quote. Each new quote supersedes any previous quote. You bear full responsibility for approving the final design and any mistakes that were approved will not lead to a refund or exchange. All goods must be paid for in full before entering the production process. Paying in full means you have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out here. Our average turn-around time for our customised lights is 6-8 weeks from full payment although we will work with you to try to meet your event deadlines.

Purchasing pre-made lights

The price payable for goods and delivery are set out first on the product page and again in the invoice. We reserve the right to change the prices shown at any time. An amount equal to the appropriate taxes will be added to the invoice where there is a legal obligation to collect such taxes. Customers will pay this amount in full to us unless they provide us with a valid tax exemption certificate authorised by the appropriate taxing authority e.g. if an EU member state client is VAT registered in their state and therefore is exempt from UK VAT. Should you be ordering from overseas, all conversion fees from foreign currencies must be borne by the customer and will not deducted from the invoice total. All colours shown on the website are only as accurate as the web design process allows and will vary with your monitor settings, software and environmental light etc. There might be slight differences between the design and the finished product, due to the variance in the manufacturing process. By agreeing to these T&Cs you understand that variance in dimensions, placement, colour and visual appearance can change between products and agree to allow us to use our professional judgement in this matter. All artwork, designs and specifications supplied / approved are guidelines for the production stage only.

Returns and exchanges

Customised / Design your own

Returns and refunds of any customised designs are not possible due to the one-off nature of the product. We will accept no returns of customised lights. You must ensure you are ordering correctly, and check the final design carefully. You must also ensure you understand the terms and conditions of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once payment has been made for either a pre-made neon or a custom design this cannot be cancelled.

Everything else

If the Goods arrive in a damaged state, you must notify both the delivery agent and us within 24 hours of photography evidence of the damage to the Goods and associated packaging to verify. Failure to comply with this request and time frame will void the Seller obligations. Please ensure that a photograph showing the whole light is submitted along with detailed photos of the damage incurred and packaging.


With our standard free UK delivery, we do not offer nominated day or time delivery slots. Should you wish to have your neon delivered at a specific time, you must pay additional courier costs. We will email you when the light is dispatched, and we will use a reputable delivery company. We will not be held responsible for delays or issues experienced by the courier.

The hiring process

Hiring one or more of our neons will require confirmation of availability, so all hires can only happen after discussion and agreement. Once times and delivery dates have been approved, you can pay for the hire via the website where you will also be required to pay a refundable deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you in full within 24 hours of return of the goods if they are in the same condition as when dispatched. You are responsible for repackaging the neon to ensure no damage occurs on the return journey. The neons will be delivered to, and collected from, the same UK mainland address.
